WHAT IT SOLVESHOW

01 Every data point with its source Composition, footprint and substances each carry their source, their year and their confidence level alongside. A data point with no document behind it is marked as such instead of slipping into the total.

02 The figures are computed in code The carbon footprint of the materials is produced by a deterministic calculation over the bill of materials, with factors from public dataterms, and the document always says what share of the mass goes into the total: it is a materials screening, not a full life cycle assessment.

03 From the requirement to the production line The regulatory route says which directives and standards apply in each market, the control plan sets what is measured in production to sustain it, and the 8D method closes the non-conformity when it appears. All three are also in Engineering.

04 8D / root cause With is/is-not analysis, three legs and an escape point. The last discipline updates the project’s FMEA. also in Engineering

05 Regulatory route A roadmap per market, with the OJEU column that says whether a standard is harmonised. also in Engineering

06 Control plan At CP-1 level, with the special characteristics inherited from the process FMEA. also in Engineering
